Event Dates

Join us for our indoor winter triathlon series on the following Saturdays:

• January 10
• February 14
• March 14

Opening Date:
Friday, November 14, 2025 at 9:00 am

Pricing:

• 84.00 for the full series
• 40.00 for February or March dates only

Registration for the February or March dates will open the Wednesday after the previous triathlon.

Event Schedule

7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
New wave every 30 minutes
12 participants per wave
7 total waves

Race Format

Participants will complete the following timed segments:

• 15 minute swim in the indoor 50 meter pool
• 10 minute transition
• 25 minute bike in the KOPFC Aerobic Room
• 10 minute transition
• 20 minute run on KOPFC Weight and Cardio room treadmills
