Female Beginner Strength Training Course

May 2 - May 23
Course Fee: $50
Age: 14 and up
Our certified personal trainer, Cathy Underwood, will teach you how to safely lift weights and give you the knowledge and confidence you need in the weight room.
The class will meet in the Fitness Room.
A 60-minute one-time session with Cathy will be required before the first class.
