Course Fee: $40
The class will meet in the Fitness Room.
A 30-minute one-time session with Cathy will be required before the first class.
Our certified personal trainer, Cathy Underwood, will teach you how to safely lift weights and give you the knowledge and confidence you need in the weight room.
