Instructions
You can now purchase memberships online for up to six (6) household members. For household memberships with more than six (6) members, please visit the Welcome Desk at the Center. Proof of residency and ID may be requested.
If you or other household members have previously created an account for one-time events or activities (i.e., Breakfast with Santa, children’s swim lessons, 14–15-year-old weight room orientation, Chomper's Splash N' Dash Egg Hunt, etc.),
DO NOT create a NEW account to establish membership.
If you do not remember your account information, enter your email (see link below) and check the " forgot password” link.
To initiate membership, please click HERE to sign up for an account.
All minor accounts must have a parent or legal guardian on the account.
Please complete the information for all individuals who will be part of the membership with the necessary information. Then, complete and pay for your membership.
Download the Amilia app for your iPhone or Android to manage membership access.
Please visit the Welcome Desk at the Center to collect your physical membership cards and Welcome packet, which includes some freebies.
Each membership account has only one email and username.
Members MUST have app access or a membership card, or there will be a $3.00 charge
Admission to Open Plunge, Lap Swimming, Adults Only water exercise time, Gymnasium (during open play), Water and Land Fitness Classes, Coached Masters Swim/Triathlon Swimming, and the walking track at the Olympic Oval, along with Monday night member skate night (skate rental note included). Members also receive discounted fees for various programs with instruction offered by the Fitness Center.
RESIDENT: Individuals whose address is in the Oquirrh Recreation and Parks District.
NON–RESIDENTS: Individuals whose address is outside the Oquirrh Parks and Recreation District.
HOUSEHOLD: All occupants residing at the same address.
COUPLE: Two (2) individuals who share the same household address.
SENIOR: An Individual who is 62 years of age or older.
***To qualify for a Senior Couple Membership, both individuals must be 62 or older.

Does my Salt Lake County pass work at this KOPFC?
No. Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center is not a Salt Lake County Facility. Kearns Oquirrh is a Special Tax District.
If someone moves out of my household, is there a fee to remove them from my membership?
No, there is no fee to remove members. We encourage you to keep your membership up to date.
Is there a fee for changing my banking information?
No, updating your banking information for memberships on the monthly draft is free.
My child is turning 3 this year. Will there be a fee for adding them to the household membership?
If adding your child results in more than five household members on your membership, there will be a $40 annual fee, plus tax, for that child. However, the $25 administrative fee to add members is waived for a child coming of age. The monthly draft rate will change for monthly memberships with more than five members.

I am a foster parent. Am I limited to 5 individuals on the household membership?
In consideration of the special circumstances of a foster family, you will be able to add an additional 3 foster children to your membership (up to a maximum of 8 household members) with no additional charge.
If I add an additional household member to my membership six months into my current membership term, is the $40 plus tax annual fee for that person prorated?
No. We do not have that option under our current membership definitions.
If I add a household member to my membership 6 months into my current membership term, does that cause me to start a new 12-month contract period?
The answer depends on whether you are on the draft or pay annually. If you pay annually, you do not start a new 12-month contract, but you still pay the $25 change fee and the $40 plus tax annual fee for each additional person up front.
If you pay on the monthly draft, you will be required to start a new 12-month contract. If you are on the draft, you must pay the $25 admin fee up front for adding an additional member and the higher monthly draft amount for the next 12 months.
How do I know if I reside in the Oquirrh Parks and Recreation Tax District and qualify for resident membership?
The Salt Lake County Assessor sets the boundaries for the Oquirrh Parks and Recreation Tax District. You can access the information on your property tax document, which is mailed each November, or you can access the address in question at https://slco.org/property-tax/notice-of-valuation/lookup/. The line item to look for to verify residency will be listed as OQUIRRH REC & PARKS.
Can I cancel my monthly membership over the phone?
No. For termination requests, please get in touch with us via 2 options:
1. Email/mail
2. In person/drop-off.
Provide us with the following information:
1. Name,
2. Address,
3. Phone number,
4. Membership number (if you know it – bar code number on the back of your membership card) and
5. Reason for terminating your membership (Optional)

Bank Drafts, Refunds & Cancellations
Monthly Bank Drafts are for at least two (2) months, after which the membership will automatically renew until the member provides seven (7) days' advanced written notice to stop the automatic drafts. Draft amounts include sales tax and the draft fee.
Membership Refunds:
MONTHLY DRAFT: There is a thirty (30) day grace period to cancel a monthly membership. No refunds will be issued for monthly memberships canceled within the 30-day grace period. However, monthly memberships may be canceled immediately without penalty.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP: There is a ten (10) day grace period during which yearly membership can be canceled and receive a prorate refund, plus a $25 service fee.
This excludes all Summer-Only Memberships. There are no cancellations, refunds, or changes on Summer-Only Memberships.
