The Oquirrh Recreation and Parks District dba The Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center (KOPFC) has two (2) Trustee positions open for election. Each position is elected to serve a four (4) year term. The election will be held on November 4, 2025. To become a candidate for an elective position on the KOPFC board, qualified persons must file a Declaration of Candidacy with the KOPFC Election Clerk at 5624 S. Cougar Lane, Kearns, UT. The filing period is Monday, June 2 through Thursday, June 5 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Monday, June 9, 2025 from 9:00 am to the 5:00 p.m. filing deadline. Candidate qualifications at time of filing are:

·      Be a U.S. Citizen

·      Be a registered voter at the location of the candidate’s residence

·      Be a resident of the Oquirrh Recreation and Parks District
