How to Grant Access to Family Members to Use the Same Account
A new update is now available that allows family members aged 14 and older on the same account to view the account, register themselves for activities, and save their own payment methods in their wallet for checkout. Below are the steps to complete this process.
Choose a person in the People Tab
- Log in to your Amilia personal account (My Account)
- Go to the People table and select a person from the dropdown. If the person isn’t in the account yet, click ADD A Person and enter their information to create their profile.
- Click on the person’s name to open their profile
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Account Actions Section, then click Invite to join the family account.
- A message will confirm what the invited member can access. Review the details, then send the invitation. Invited members can access all features except account sharing and certain preferences. They can make purchases on the account's behalf using their own payment methods.
- The person will receive an email prompting them to create their Amilia account. After setting up their login credentials, they can sign in to access the shared family account and their own private wallet.
